Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or accessing BaptismPrep, you agree to these Terms of Service. This is a binding agreement between you and BaptismPrep.

The Product

BaptismPrep is a digital educational product delivered electronically via email. Upon successful payment through Stripe, you will receive an email with your access credentials and instructions. Access to the course is provided immediately after payment confirmation.

License and Restrictions

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course. You may not:

Share your login credentials with others
Reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials
Create derivative works from course content
Access the course on behalf of another person

Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the stated amount. All sales are final unless covered by our refund policy.

Certificate of Completion

Upon passing the final exam, you will receive a certificate of completion. This certificate documents your completion of our educational program. We make no guarantee that any specific parish or diocese will accept this certificate, as requirements vary by location.

No Warranties

The course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee acceptance by any religious institution.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BaptismPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
