Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered within 30 days of purchase. Because this is a digital product with immediate access, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.
How to Request
To request a refund, email support@baptismprep.com within 30 days of purchase with:
- Your email address used for purchase
- Your order number or access code
- Reason for your refund request
Providing a detailed reason helps us evaluate your request more quickly.
Refund Conditions
Refunds may not be available if:
- You have completed the course and received a certificate
- The certificate has been submitted to a parish or institution
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase
- You have violated our Terms of Service
- The request appears to be fraudulent or abusive
Parish Non-Acceptance
Refunds are not automatic. If your parish does not accept the certificate, you must submit the parish name, contact information, and the specific reason for non-acceptance. Supporting documentation may be required. BaptismPrep reserves the right to verify the issue directly with the parish before approving any refund.
For refund requests based on parish non-acceptance, written confirmation from the parish, such as a letter or email from a DRE, pastor, parish office, or equivalent parish representative, may be required.
Processing Time
If your refund is approved, processing typically takes 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
After 30 Days
Requests received after 30 days are generally not eligible for refunds. In exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds or account credits at our sole discretion.
Certificate Revocation
If a refund is issued, your course access will be revoked and any certificates issued will be invalidated. We may notify relevant institutions if a certificate has been submitted prior to refund.
